For sure . The opposite would have been surprising ![Wink ;-)]()
My questioning is more about sms-commands capabilities . Is there software who can capture/receive sms sent to the Cellular modem adapter ? In order to send commands to the raspOS trough SMS .
Is any Linux distribution relevant for the purpose ? I never use a raspberry, so I am a total noob in this domain but I can read some manuals to learn the stuff if my goal is achievable (I don’t know, maybe not…) .
My first need is to have a device that can be localy controlled, to manage the wifi-LAN and the internet access sharing. I imagined that with a small Touch screen with basic features like lockscreen with 2 shortcuts, one to enable/disable the wifi-Lan (free use mode), one another to bridge the 4g access to the wifi-LAN (password protected, if possible via à popup, si not trough the global password who grant access to the OS…) . I heard about unbuntu touch . Does this release provide this kind of specs ?
The sms-command features are a bonus (it’s a second need), but if someone tells me it can be set-up, then I will consider it, and maybe go for it .
It’s long time I want a home router with « smart » features like thoses, but no commercial products seems to match my needs . If I can make it trough a Rasp, it won’t be a loss of time![Smile :-)]()
