Wasn't me, and we don't have a weird relationship with Windows. We don't have ANY relationship with Windows. Windows posts come up, I leave them alone. People are free to use whatever OS they like on their Pis.

Any. I sometimes mod the French forum.

Is it normal practice to delete a post without notice?

Yes.

Usually I see posts with the mention "the contents has been removed by moderation". So at least the OP knows what has happened.

Depends, but that would be less common.

Mods are volunteers, and there simply isn't enough time to spend commenting on everything they do. Just assume that if a post gets deleted, it was for a reason. All the mods here have been doing it for many years (over 10 in some cases), so they know what they are doing.
