General discussion • Raspberry Pi camera issue on Raspberry OS 64 and 32 bit

Description of the problem:
I've been trying to use the Raspberry Pi camera with my Raspberry Pi 4, but haven't been able to get it to work. I have tried the following:

• * Install different versions of Raspberry OS: I have installed the latest version of Raspberry OS 64-bit and 32-bit, but the camera does not work on either.
  * Try with another camera module: I have tried with two different camera modules, but neither of them work.
  * Check camera module compatibility: I have verified that the camera module I am using is compatible with my Raspberry Pi model.
  * Check the CSI port: I have checked that the CSI port of the Raspberry Pi is not damaged.

Additional Information:

• * Raspberry Pi Model: Raspberry Pi 4
  * Camera module: Raspberry Pi Camera Rev 1.3
  * Operating system: Raspberry OS 64 and 32 bits
  *Additional Software: I have not installed any additional software related to the camera.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Is there any solution I can try?
