First...this isn't a new topic, so you should follow up in your existing, active thread rather than starting a new thread (see "Occam's Razor"). That said, at least at first glance, none of those solution state an output current limit, so one can't really say whether or not they'd work. The third one claims to be enough for a Pi3B, so that should suffice for a Pi02W.
These issues are not entirely your fault. The underlying problem is advertising that fails to provide actual specifications.
Edit to add... If you scroll down on the first item, part of the "specs" is "Battery life (in hours): 8 years". This is--obviously--complete and utter malarkey. I wouldn't touch a company so incompetent to declare that with a 10 foot pole.
