Didn't know that it doesn't update this automatically or shows it to me as available update... but i now updated it manually and it sadly didn't help.
I tried again with the 'sudo timedatectl' command and the RTC ist still 'N/A' after the dtparam reboot. Also the folder soc:rpi_rtc is still missing after the change...
