what are the best settings to compile ffmpeg on rpi3 and rpi4

pi3 32bit armhf ./configure --arch=armv7l --cpu=cortex-a53 --disable-armv6t2 --disable-armv6 --disable-armv5te

pi4 arm64 ./configure --arch=arm64 --cpu=cortex-a72

is this correct
