I got this output, but I don't understand what "over_voltage_delta" to put:

that just tells you what the current voltage is for each frequency
if its unstable, then you need more over-voltage, and you can re-run the script to see what the change has done

Also, what about the GPU?? How do I check its voltage?

i assume the arm and gpu are running from the same voltage
