Troubleshooting • Re: Limited network speed on RPi5

If you want to figure out where the problem is, you'll be much more successful if you first look at the component performance areas. A broad brush network test which will either confirm or rule out bare network problems would be a good place to start. If you have another linux system, run `sudo iperf -s` on that, and then on the pi run `sudo -c <other-system-ip-or-name>`. If your other system is windows you should be able to find iperf3 for it as well.

Without data, we'll all just speculate away as to what it might be. Well, some of us will. I'll be waiting for data.
OK cool, I'll try that out after the new year, I'll use my RPi3 as the server and my RPi5 as the client. Though I'll admit that I have no idea where the PSU for my RPi3 is. Hopefully, a 2 amp USB PSU can do the job.
