Some of the internal rail currents and voltages can be provided by

You could add up all the powers (voltage X current) and then work out the EXT5V_V equivalent current, it will probably miss some things out eg the USB2/USB3 port currents.

If you want to measure the overall 5V current then really you need to use a USB-C power tool, Elsewise you need to make a custom power cable which either connects to the USB-C or to the GPIO 5V and 0V pins and your meter.

You can't measure current on a pin, you have to break a circuit and insert a current measuring device - current is the amount of flow..
