Downloading office documents from a stranger from the internet has red flags all over it,mno matter how good your intentions are.
A Google search will return the same data, and no downloads are needed.
Now if you were to provide the same data as csv, json, xml, or some other clear text file format from a github repo, then I think many people would take you up on your offer.
