Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Difference between processor speed and system_clock_freq in the ARM Peripherals manual

Hello,

According to the ARM Peripherals manual the system_clock_freq is 250 MHz. I am currently working with the RPI Zero 2 W, and I thought the processor speed would match the system_clock_freq which 1 GHz. Does anyone have an answer to this?
