Yes, you can just ignore it, and things will continue to work.
Then what does this hint affect to?
You can also put the daemon-reload into /etc/rc.local, but ISTR that the daemon-reload needs to be done AFTER time synchronization has been achieved.
I don't know when exactly rc.local works. Maybe I can put it to startup file in the profile folder (.profile, .bashrc), but I don't know if it works, when i use su? By the way, does time synchronisation mean that all that won't work if there is no interrnet connection?
