That temperature is not expected unless the processors are very busy (e.g. running a benchmark).Around 79°C (+/- 0.5).
Looks hot in fact... and it's currently sitting there without doing nothing (except running my ssh session, of course).
Use top to see what the idle % is (it should be mostly idle if you aren't explicitly running something).
Assuming it is mostly idle, and you have measured a 79'C temperature (with below 30'C room temperature),
then you have a hardware failure and the Pi needs replacing.
