Crucial P3 NVMe seems to have been tested successfully by Pimoroni - https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/nvme ... 9587178579 - but, as details matter: which part number ho you want to use?

Before you try using the NVME you should check if your PICe is active! Boot from uSD, run below command and post the output.
Btw: have you enable PCIe? Your third party product might need some additional setup --> check with your third party HW manufacturer
