thank you for your answer I am using pi5 as 64 bit, yes, I tried creating (venv) but it didn't work, so I learned that I could use the gpiozero library, I designed my code accordingly and unfortunately it didn't work.
Have you tested your hardware and software installation by running the example given in the gpiozero documentation?

If you need further help specific to your own installation you will need to provide a clear photo of your wiring and a copy of the gpiozero-based script that you are trying to run. Even though you know it is correct.
