Looks like your PI can not handle the load or it throttles due to overheating
Try to reduce the quality of the stream if possible to see if it helps, and then slowly go up.
Try to monitor the temperature and try to cool the board somehow. Prolonged high load would cause throttling after it reaches 80°C.
