- Which model PI you are using
- What OS and which named release are you running on the Pi? "The one from rpi-imager" is not enough. If you don't know or aren't sure post the output from

cat /etc/os-release - The actual commands you've tried or the exact steps you took in the GUI. It's OK to redact usernames and passwords but don't bother redacting any IP addresses that are in private subnets.
- What hardware and software is providing the network drives.
- If it's not obvious from the commands, what protocol are you using to share and connect?
- On the server end what permissions have been set in the file system?
- What permissions have been set on the network share/export on the server side?
- If you've only tried mounting/accessing them in the GUI, do you see the same failure when mounting via the command line?
