Oh dear. Microsoft software is not cross-platform. Sorry.
If the code is custom written do you have the source? Then you could re-write it using open source tools and cross-platform applications. You couldn't do a direct port, but you could at least get a high-level view of the code and have confidence that the new code works the same.
Otherwise get a cheap x86 box and just use Windows.
