I recently noticed that a new on screen keyboard switch was added in the raspberry pi configuration tool (the UI configuration, it is not yet included in raspi-config) and I wanted to provide some feedback. Firstly, it should be a bit more clear that you need squeekboard installed for the switch to be enabled. Secondly, when you flip the switch, it should set the on-screen-keyboard to on using gsettings, something that you have to do manually at the moment. Thirdly, mostly a squeekboard issue, but we need a way to be able to hide the keyboard on like terminal windows, because it can get a bit annoying. Any thoughts?
