My current design is going to use a 74HC245 to connect a bi-directional data bus from a 6502 based computer (5V).
However, I have 3-4 pins that are one direction that come from either the 6502 or the VIA (6522) which are 5V. I would hate to add another '245 just for 3-4 signals that are one-way only.
Seems like I read one time you can put a high resistor in series and that will work.
Is that true? If so, what values would I use? Or, is there a better way?
Thanks!
