Raspberry Pi OS • Re: Cannot change boot screen on Bookworm

I'm trying to change the screen "Welcome to Raspberry Pi Desktop" that shows on boot.
Following through from viewtopic.php?t=357885

However, i cannot get it to work.

I have updated the "splash.png" in

Code:

/usr/share/plymouth/themes/pix

and i have run the rebuild command:

sudo plymouth-set-default-theme --rebuild-initrd pix

(multiple times, just to be sure).

It will show my custom splash on shutdown, but the boot still comes with the standard.
