for information, I just succeeded in using rpicam_vid API for capturing real time video, with a "little help of my friend".
I tested at different fps 15fps to 120fps (512*384 spatial resolution). Strange thing is that, though the resolution stays the same, the video covers wider area in low fps (15fps,30fps) than in high fps(60,90,120 fps)....
I didn't notice that using it as shell command....
Maybe the roi (region of interest) changes automatically according to the fps.
