Hi, I need some help.
Following the various instructions from the Official Documentation page I set up my Raspberry pi 3b to do USB Boot, after setting the OTG switch. I powered a SSD with a Weme USB 3.0 to SATA adaptor(12v, 2000mA) and a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB (5v, 0.86A) I also used used a properly formatted sd card with a copy of the bootcode.bin file. This set up worked well until I messed up the config.txtx file while examining the expand boot partition option page. The pi booted twice more but not after that, using the ssd configuration as mentioned.
I am able now to boot from a fresh full image by SD card, but my PI will not accect a powered ssd usb boot at all. Wondering what diagnostics I an run to try to figure out what if anything can be done. I can mount a powered ssd usb device and it is recognized and functional but I cannot, as mentioned, perform a usb boot . Any Advice or recommendations would be gratefully accepted.
Many Thanks
