General discussion • Remote to Pi at another location?

Hello! This may be a dumb question...

I am currently connected to my Raspberry Pi Zero via PowerShell - Logging in as Username@192.168.0.**

I want to send it to my cousin at another location - How will he connect it to his network? Will he have to attach a keyboard mouse etc. and configure it his end?
