Ditto, from an approved UK based retailer, they could only deliver in England or Wales. If Scotland or N.I. forget it.i couldnt even order the rtc coin-battery from usa->canada, because of those regulations!
To be clear other products not containing batteries are no problem.
Get your act together "The Pi Hut", the UK consists of more than those two sovereigns and the bulk of Scotland does not require air nor water transport. Other companies deliver here with no issues at all.
In their defense, apart from this issue I have always found their service and prompt delivery to be 5*
