Yeah, I updated a bullseye Jellyfin setup (32bit) that has gone through the Pi3/Pi4 switch earlier this year, that was easy of course.
Used the above Rpi5-boot a while back (thanks) and it works OK.
Of course it is a patch and not a long term solution as updates are nill.
Make sure you arm64 is enabled in config.txt etc so it uses the 64 bit kernel.
There is little benefit to a Pi5 for Jellyfin over a Pi4 though.
These things are terrible at anything transcoding.
But I was testing it out.
