The 333 is wrong too. It should be 0-255.That didn't produce ip address to which services were listening to it. This is strange tho. Just as strange as I sometimes see in my access.log an ip address of 192.168.5940.333. The 5940 shouldn't be there, as it's only a 3 diget place, but I see 4 digits there sometimes.
Any other suggestions?

It could be a bad SD card corrupting the data. It's not a single bit flip either. 121 to 127 is 6 or 2 bits flipped and the 192.168.5940.333 is really mangled. Otherwise it could be a memory error with your Pi.
I'd try running the f3 test on the card first and see what it reports first.
