These drivers are included in distri's desktop version (raspbian/arch) of today but will they be operational/update-able in near future? I wonder why most distri's have dropped support for version 1.0 ? Usually there's a fair amount of backwards/older version drivers available.

I was trhying to run pikvm which suffers from the same issue of the lite/headless version raspbian selectable from pi imager.

This version already stopped working. https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspi ... ite.img.xz And anything above... didn't try desktop on a zero (seems a bit underpowered). It just didn't fit my usecase/trouble shoot strategy. Good to know though - i will have a quick try! Thx!

See my more elaborated version of the same issue on the post on pikvm https://github.com/pikvm/pikvm/issues/1262
