What do you understand by "using X with raspberry"? Are you using a stand-alone ATmega4809-chip, or are you using a microcontroller board with USB and so on?
My recommendation would be to search for topics about "interfacing atmega328 with raspberry" and see what comes up. If you can find info on how to do what you want with a 328 chip, you should be able to translate that to a 4809 chip quite easaly.
