Now look at the contents of packages.txt and for any given package in there you can look it up and find what's included in each of them here https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages or google them up.

Anything not in the site will have been added via other sources you added to the pi or they are part of Pi OS but not part of debian, like the gpio stuff.

If you install Synaptic, you can get the same list via a gui.
