Right now I am using a DDS function generator to get the frequencies. The more accurate the frequencies the better. So the Rasberry Pi 5 pwm function wouldn't produce accurate frequencies? I supposed that hardware pwm at higher frequencies are more accurate while software pwm at lower frequencies are much innacurate.
