Oh that's good to hear. And which of these would be the easiest to use. I would like to create just a simple website with say a button that says update data starts a program which reads data from multiple i2c sensors and then displays the results
Then create that website. We don't know what is easiest for you.
What I know is that you don't need to push a button to see data from sensors. That is what 'the computer shall do for you', right?. So a dedicated program has all intelligence already included. You start the Pi, type
http://pi02w.local:8080/#/Temperature
in some webbrowser and it displays, stores, updates etc. You don't need a mouse to click.
