In case this could be an additional test case, I wonder if there is a build issue with the kodi21-inputstream-ffmpegdirect package.
I have no skills in building packages, but I recently tried an add-on that allows you to watch live TV channels. This plugin causes Kodi to "segmentation fault" every time it tries to play a channel and the last line in the Kodi log always says "AddOnLog: inputstream.ffmpegdirect: OpenWithCURL - IO handled by Kodi's cURL". (There is nothing more in the "kodi_crashlog" file.)
I tested the plugin with 3 "basic" configurations, and only Kodi version 21 on Raspberry Pi causes the error.
Raspberry Pi 4B - Bookworm - Kodi 21.0 -> segmentation fault
Raspberry Pi 4B - Bookworm - Kodi 20.5 -> add-on works
PC - Windows 11 - Kodi 21.1 -> add-on works
Each time, it was a new Kodi installation (without history in any .kodi directory). Just kodi21, kodi21-pvr-iptvsimple, kodi21-inputstream-adaptive, kodi21-inputstream-ffmpegdirect and the add-on. On the Raspberry Pi, I started each time from a new Raspberry Pi OS Lite Bookworm 64-bit installation.
