Not packaged with, but the RPT has done a board with an antenna connector and associated (sold separately) antenna. To wit: the CMIO4 carrier board.If an RM2 variant with a connector fitted were only sold packaged with a compliant external antenna there would be little incentive to use some other non-compliant antenna. Other manufacturers appear to have taken that approach, deemed the risk of non-compliance to not be significant, perhaps because they don't deem themselves responsible when a user makes it non-compliant.
