If only there was an easier way!
Most of the products on that website don't list compatibility beyond the Pi 3.

I think one of the Bitscope employees posted here a few years ago. If that person reads this thread maybe they could clarify if solutions for the Pi 5 exist or are in development.

Back when the Pi 3 was new there was some news of Bitscope building a large cluster for the Los Alamos National Laboratory to help develop fault tolerant software. There was a prototype but no follow-up about the final project.

Instead, I suggest buying a PoE hat for each Pi and using a PoE switch. Likely PoE hats for the Pi 5 will soon be available.
Is there nothing available right now?
I don't think an official PoE hat for the Pi 5 has been released yet. The third party one I found which listed Pi 5 compatibility was unavailable. The latter may depend on country.

Even the wall warts are difficult to come by in some places.
