@pidd - Wow, I didn't realize what you posted in your reply. If my ISP isn't going to stop them, I guess I have to at my level, but yet, my ISP can shut me down because of this. This is awful and we wonder why we the people like fast internet. This is awful to say the least. My only defense is "I'm a Newbi and trying to live".
Well, that list finally finished with 8,000 records. I didn't really see any slowing of the website that I use to see. So I can only have a black list and not a white list? I only want, and only want US people to come to my site. Actually, I would only want people who live around me in a 50 mile circle and that's it. So if you don't mind, how would I do that?
Anyway, the wife is calling me to bed, chat in the morning.
