Yes, any TTL serial to RS232/423 adapter that runs off 3.3V should be suitable for connecting to any Pi's UARTs. Just don't use a 5V device or connect them direct to anything other than another 3.3V device. Obviously, you'll need to configure the UART and make sure it has a getty daemon if you want to have a terminal session.

The UART connection on the official debug probe should work for any Pi.
