Hello I received my Raspberry Pi 5 few days ago, finally ![:D]( "Very Happy")
, however I am running into an issue after doing a full-upgrade on Raspberry Pi OS which is quite puzzling to me. As I understand it the new Pi 5 has a dedicated HEVC/H265 Decoder on it, but whenever I try to play any HEVC files in VLC it drags and plays like a slide show. I installed Kodi out of curiosity and it works fine, plays smooth like a whistle. What is the reason behind this, something to do with VLC i guess? Any thoughts or opinions are welcome, this is my first venture into the Pi and curious to see what might be causing this issue.
